Updated version of 837P Companion Guide Now Available

An updated version of the 837P Companion Guide is now available on the Trading Partner Information page of the NCTracks Provider Portal. (See link below.) Changes include guidance regarding entering the PA in the REF segment and entering the local/state code in the PWK segment. All trading partners and providers who submit an 837P to NCTracks are encouraged to review the changes documented in the companion guide.
