Issue Resolved - Publishing of outbound 835, 277P, and 820 files

The outbound 835, 277P, and 820 files from the November 4 checkwrite have been created. However, there had been a publishing delay of the created files to the trading partner/provider mailboxes. This issue has been resolved and the files should now be available in the trading partner/provider mailboxes.
