Claim Submission Volume is Factor in Processing Time

The volume of claims submitted to NCTracks is a factor in how long it will take to process the claims. Normally, claim files submitted to NCTracks by trading partners are processed within a few hours. At times, trading partners may submit large files or multiple trading partners may submit files simultaneously, resulting in longer than normal processing times. However, even at peak claim submission times, trading partner files should normally be processed within 24 hours. Please wait at least 24 hours before contacting the CSC Call Center to inquire on the status of a claim submission file.

Trading partners should consider processing time when submitting claims to NCTracks.
