Why is there no status of the claims I submitted through my Trading Partner?

The NCTracks system began on July 1 with a backlog of 1.5 million claims. Since the first checkwrite cutoff of July 5 is intended for Pharmacy claims, priority has been given to processing the backlog of Pharmacy claims, as well as the new Pharmacy claims submitted each day. All claims keyed into the NCTracks Provider Portal are also being processed as they are received. Non-Pharmacy claims submitted through Trading Partners (billing agents, clearinghouses) will be processed soon, in the order in which they were received.
