Reminder re: Holiday Schedule

CSC will observe the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, November 28, 2013, and Friday, November 29, 2013. The NCTracks Call Center will be closed both days. (The Pharmacy Prior Approval Unit is available 365 days a year.) The observance of the holiday does not impact the checkwrite schedule. For claims received the week of Thanksgiving, there will be a checkwrite on December 3 with an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) effective date of December 4.
