Plan to Retire EVC Telephone Number

The old EVC telephone number, 866-844-1113, will be retired on January 15, 2014. Most providers are already using the new telephone number for the NCTracks Call Center, 800-688-6696, which took effect July 1, 2013. Providers still using the old number should make the switch now. Once the old number has been retired, callers will receive a message directing them to call the new number.
