Issues with Submitting Manage Change Requests and Other Applications on the Portal
A number of providers have reported issues with submitting applications via the NCTracks portal. This includes enrollment, re-enrollment, re-verification and Manage Change Request applications. It is happening intermittently, when a high volume of application submissions are in progress. The technical team is aware of the issue and actively working on a resolution. A fix for the issue is anticipated by Tuesday. Providers are encouraged to submit again during off hours or after Tuesday. Before you resubmit, you must first delete the saved draft version of the application.
