Issue with Individual Providers Affiliating with Group

There is a known technical issue that is preventing individual providers from being able to affiliate to group providers. When an individual provider is trying to change their affiliation, the user is receiving the error message "Begin Date is Required" and cannot complete the manage change request. The technical team is currently working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Providers will be notified when the issue has been resolved.

Note that this does not affect claims processing and payment since the edit for affiliation is still set to pay and report.
