Draft claim and draft PA functionality temporarily disabled

The draft claim and draft prior approval (PA) functionality in the secure provider portal is not consistently performing as designed, so the decision has been made by DHHS and CSC to temporarily disable the draft claim and draft PA options, until the issues can be resolved. Any claims or prior approvals currently in draft status will be deleted from the system. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make every effort to address the issue as quickly as possible. A follow-up announcement will be posted when the draft claim and draft PA options are restored.
