DME High Dollar Claim Issue Resolved

An issue was identified with high dollar Durable Medical Equipment (DME) claims that resulted in denials. The claims had matching prior approvals; however, there were no remaining units on them. The resolution to this issue has been identified and was implemented over the past weekend (Oct. 12). Beginning this week (Oct. 14), affected DME providers can resubmit their claims.
