Taxonomy Code Additions in NCTracks for Allopathic & Osteopathic Physicians

Effective April 26, 2020, five new taxonomy codes for Allopathic & Osteopathic Physicians will be available in NCTracks. Please see the following chart for additional information about these sub-specialties. The Provider Permission Matrix, which can be found under Quick Links on the Provider Enrollment webpage, will be updated to show the license/certification requirements for enrollment of these new taxonomy codes.
