Checkwrite Payment Information Not Available on Portal

Providers have reported they cannot see their payment information for the October 30, 2018 checkwrite on the secure NCTracks provider portal. The technical team is aware of the issue and expects to have it resolved shortly. More information will be posted when it is available. This issue does not affect EFT payments for the checkwrite.

Note that the change from DMA to DHB was implemented in NCTracks on October 28. Therefore, when the above issue is resolved, the checkwrite payment information for NC Medicaid and Health Choice will be found under DHB. For more information on the name change, refer to the September 4 announcement.
