Call Center Closed for Christmas and New Years Holidays

NCTracks will follow the State schedule in observing the Christmas holiday. The NCTracks Call Center will be closed on Monday, December 24, through Wednesday, December 26, 2018. The Call Center will also be closed on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. (The Pharmacy Prior Approval Unit will be open holiday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on December 24-26 and January 1.)

Also, as previously announced, in keeping with the published NCTracks checkwrite schedule, there will be no checkwrite on December 25, 2018. The next checkwrite date is January 3, 2019.
