Applications in “Draft Preventing Fingerprinting Application Submission
It has come to the attention of NCTracks that some providers who have received a letter to their Message Center Inbox notifying them that their Fingerprinting Application is due are unable to see the application on the Status and Management page. This may be due to a Manage Change Request (MCR) or other application saved in “Draft” mode, which is preventing the Fingerprinting Application from showing up.
Providers are advised to delete any applications currently saved in Draft mode to prevent a delay in receiving their Fingerprinting Application. Deleting saved applications will allow the Fingerprinting Application to appear on the Status and Management page for completion under the Fingerprinting Required section.
