Providers Will Be Notified When Fingerprints Are Required
Providers will be notified through the secure NCTracks provider portal when fingerprints are required. Once the provider receives notice, they are required to submit sets of fingerprints within a 30-day timeframe to prevent termination from or denied enrollment in the NC Medicaid and Health Choice programs. Providers should not take any action until they receive the notification and forms through the portal.
