Attention: Nursing Facility Providers Update on Posting of Patient Rosters and Rate Letters

As previously announced (see link below), beginning in January 2016, nursing facility rate letters and patient rosters will be posted to the provider’s NCTracks Message Center Inbox each quarter.

The issue with the patient rosters was resolved and new links posted in the Message Center Inboxes on Wednesday. There was a separate issue with the rate letters, so the links to the rate letters were deleted from the Message Center Inboxes and will be reposted early next week.
