Attention: All Providers Two New Special Bulletins on DMA Website

The N.C. Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) has published two new special bulletins, both regarding Fed. Reg. 42 CFR 455.410, which deals with Attending, Rendering, Ordering, Prescribing or Referring Providers.

The first bulletin is about  Federal Regulation 42 CFR 455.410 and Graduate Medical and Dental Program and AHECs.

The second is about the Federal Regulation 42 CFR 455.410 and the National Provider Identifier (NPI).
