NCTracks Tip for Faxed Documents

When faxing documents to NCTracks, information should not be highlighted. By highlighting fields, it prevents the information from being legible. With fields being illegible, fax requests cannot be processed causing a delay for providers.

In the case that important data should be captured or noted, providers can create a cover sheet indicating key information. Noting key information separately will allow your document to be processed and key information to be acknowledged.

Note: Important pieces to include on a cover sheet are NPI, Name of Contact, Contact Telephone Number and data that cannot be highlighted.
