Issue with Accessing NCTracks Using IE

Some providers have reported an issue this morning with using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser to access NCTracks. The technical team is investigating this issue. An update will be posted when more information is available.

In the meantime, providers are encouraged to use the Mozilla Firefox browser to access NCTracks. (See the System Requirements page on the portal for a list of supported browsers.) An update will be posted when the issue has been resolved.
