Pharmacy Call Center Experiencing High Call Volume Due to Vendor Update
We are currently experiencing a high call volume to the Pharmacy Call Center due to a vendor update that has occurred. Claims that are submitted to NCTracks with a prescribed quantity are not able to be processed by the NCTracks system at this time. We are only able to accept the quantity dispensed. This is not an NCtracks update and our call center is not able to assist in resolving this issue. If you are experiencing an issue you will need to contact your software vendor.
