How to Determine a Patient’s Drugs and Dosages
If you do not know whether there are other drugs being taken that equate to 120 mg of morphine, you may use the NCTracks Provider Portal to see all drugs and dosages that a patient is taking. This can be found by doing a patient Medication History Request. A Medication History Request Job Aid with instructions for how to do this search can be found under the heading “Prior Approval” on the Provider User Guides and Training page of the NCTracks provider portal.
