Reminder: PA Requests Online Only for Select Hepatitis C Medications and Antipsychotics

This is a reminder and update from an announcement on April 18, 2016. Providers can only submit Prior Approval (PA) requests for Sovaldi, Olysio, Harvoni, Viekira and Antipsychotics through the secure NCTracks Provider Portal. Submitting fax and mail forms to request PA for these medications has been discontinued.
