Attention: Pharmacy Providers and Prescribers Issue Resolved with ZOLPIDEM ER, TEMAZEPAM 7.5mg and 22.5mg Strengths, EDLUAR Not Displaying Questions

The following drugs were not displaying clinical criteria questions on the NCTracks provider portal: Zolpidem Er, Temazepam 7.5mg and 22.5mg, Edluar.

This issue has been resolved. Requests can once again be entered on the provider portal for these medications.
