Issue - Copaxone Rejecting at Pharmacies for Max Quantity Exceeded

Copaxone is currently rejecting at pharmacies for MAX QUANTITY EXCEEDED. The technical team is working to resolve this issue.

Package sizes/units for Copaxone recently changed to NUMBER OF SYRINGES (previously NUMBER OF KITS). The pharmacy may submit a quantity of TWO when processing claims for recipients. Currently, only TWO SYRINGES may be submitted at a time. The patient may have to return to the pharmacy in two days to receive additional medication.
