To All Orthodontic Providers Reprocessing of Orthodontic Claims

In an attempt to pay panoramic radiographic images (D0330) as part of the orthodontic records claim (D0150, D0340, and D0470), NCTracks performed a mass adjustment process this past weekend. This resulted in denied orthodontic records claims on the Remittance Advice (RA) dated April 22, 2014. The panoramic images continued to deny due to the five year limitation and the other procedure codes denied as duplicate services. We have identified the problem and these claims will be resubmitted this weekend as system generated claims.

NCTracks asks that orthodontic providers not resubmit these claims themselves. Please wait for the automated process to take place this weekend. The claims will process and appear on your next RA. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
