Reminder of NCTracks ICD-10 Provider Readiness Survey 4 - Deadline Extended

As part of NCTracks preparations for the implementation of ICD-10, we are conducting a Provider Readiness Survey. This is the fourth and final iteration of the survey. The survey was conducted several times to help gauge the progress of the provider community.

However, you do not need to have taken the previous surveys to complete this one. All providers are welcome to complete this survey. The survey is brief, only 8 questions. Providers should be able to complete it in 5 minutes or less.

The link to the survey is below. The deadline for the survey has been extended until 6:00 p.m. Friday, July 31. All responses are anonymous and appreciated.
